ReEntry Crisis Residential

ReEntry Crisis Residential is co-located with a variety of other services at 1800 Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis, and provides low-barrier access to Crisis Residential Services for individuals residing in Hennepin County.

The ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization Program is located at 1800 Chicago Ave in South Minneapolis. The program is co-located with a variety of other programs intended to support people in need of accessing services. This program provides residential crisis stabilization to adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. 

The breakdown:

  • How long can I stay? 3 to 10 days.
  • What if I don’t have insurance? We provide insurance even if you don’t have insurance.
  • Call in or walk in – if we have the space, you have a place. Phone number is 612-540-5700.
  • Medications – bring your meds along or we can help you get them.

  • Mental and chemical health treatment.
  • Financial, food and medical assistance
  • Housing programs
  • Transportation assistance
  • Employment resources

Some rooms are shared; bathrooms are also shared.  Lounge space and group rooms are available.

RADIAS Health strives to make mental health services available to all individuals.  In addition to billing Medicaid plans, we partner with local Counties, the State, and Health Plans to make services accessible. At intake, we will work with you to identify and understand any costs associated with your care.
