Supportive Housing

Main Street Housing

Main Street Housing collaborates with Catholic Charities to provide on-site supports for people residing in Higher Ground St. Paul – Permanent Supportive Housing.

RADIAS Health Practitioners and a Lead Clinician provide on-site support to approximately 40 people residing in Permanent Supportive Housing at Higher Ground St. Paul. We partner with Catholic Charities and Ramsey County to support people who have experienced homelessness in getting and keeping a permanent place to live. People are typically referred for additional supportive services by their Case Manager or by Catholic Charities staff. Program staff work with persons served to help in maintaining housing, navigating landlord, tenant, and neighbor relationships, accessing community resources, and in getting physical and mental health care needs met. Staff work on-site at HIgher Ground from 9am-10pm, seven days a week.

RADIAS Health strives to make mental health services available to all individuals. In addition to billing Medicaid plans, we partner with local Counties, the State, and Health Plans to make services accessible. At intake, we will work with you to identify and understand any costs associated with your care.
