Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic
Our clinic provides both in-person and telehealth services. Services include individual and group therapy, diagnostic assessments, medication management, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
As a Minnesota‑certified mental health clinic, we are approved by the state to provide outpatient mental health services. Our care is delivered by mental health professionals with quality experience in offering client-centered care. Our licensed staff follow standards for offering individual therapy that focus on your needs and goals.
We work with individuals impacted by:
- Depression and mood difficulties
- Anxiety
This includes panic, excessive worry, social anxiety, or phobias - Trauma
Including stress reactions to past or ongoing traumatic experiences - Life challenges
Coping with major changes such as grief, loss, relationship changes, school or work stress, or major life events - Behavioral and emotional difficulties
Including difficulties with emotional control, impulse management, or behavior that interferes with daily life - Thought and perception concerns
Such as problems with thinking clearly, managing reality‑based stressors, or changes in perception that affect functioning - Family and relationship concerns
Challenges affecting family dynamics, communication, or relationships - Racial or cultural stress
Our staff are trained to provide are trained in cultural issues and are able to support challenges from a cultural point of view

Meet Our Therapists

Laura Lynett, MA, LPCC
DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™
Laura (She/Her/Hers) utilizes an approach that support client’s goals and interests in therapy. She focuses on client’s strengths and their lived experiences as part of enhancing personal growth and efforts to heal. Her areas of therapy interest is emotional stress, trauma therapy, mood and anxiety management. Laura lives in the Twin Cities area with her family and pets. She enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors. Laura is nationally certified to provide DBT through Linehan Board of Certification.

Patty Lauer-Roberts, MSW, LICSW
DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™
Patty (she/her/hers) has a client-centered approach to therapy. She supports people’s lived experience as a way to heal and grow in their personal goals. Areas of treatment are – grief, mood management, anxiety, trauma and mindfulness. Patty lives in the metro with her family and enjoys outdoors and gardening. Patty is nationally certified to provide DBT through Linehan Board of Certification.

Deshann Sanchez, MSW, LGSW
Deshann Sanchez (she/her/hers) has an intentional, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist lens to her therapeutic work. She believes healing is deeply connected to the systems we live in and creates a space where clients feel affirmed, respected, and empowered. Her approach is grounded in a systems perspective that honors identity, culture, community, and lived experience. Deshann practices client-directed therapy, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Therapy is collaborative and guided by your goals and values. She supports clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and fostering resilience for meaningful, lasting change.
Her clinical interests include stress, racial trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is especially committed to serving BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse individuals, providing culturally responsive and identity-affirming care.
Deshann approaches therapy with warmth and curiosity, walking alongside you at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Kara Sanderson, APRN
Kara (she/her/hers) is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She specializes in supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, creating a safe, inclusive environment for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Kara brings extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual disabilities and cognitive impairments. Her approach is holistic and collaborative, integrating diagnostic assessment, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy to empower patients and foster meaningful therapeutic connections.
Grounded in empathy and respect, Kara is committed to helping each individual navigate mental health challenges and build resilience, well-being, and a stronger sense of self.

RADIAS Health strives to make mental health services available to all individuals. In addition to billing Medicaid plans, we partner with local Counties, the State, and Health Plans to make services accessible. At intake, we will work with you to identify and understand any costs associated with your care.
