Supportive Housing

Housing Support Program

The Housing Support Program assists people in obtaining and keeping housing. People in this program have access to support in navigating landlord-tenant relationships, as well as assistance in budgeting and maintaining benefits.

We support about 210 people per year in accessing Housing Support funds through the State of Minnesota to rent apartments in Ramsey and Hennepin Counties. Practitioners assist persons served in accessing an apartment and in budgeting benefits for rent, food, and utilities. Some individuals are also able to receive Medicaid-funded Housing Stabilization Services for more comprehensive support.

Referrals to these programs come from Ramsey and Hennepin’s Coordinated Entry Housing systems.

RADIAS Health strives to make mental health services available to all individuals. In addition to billing Medicaid plans, we partner with local Counties, the State, and Health Plans to make services accessible. At intake, we will work with you to identify and understand any costs associated with your care.
