RADIAS Health facilitates an array of and supportive housing options throughout the Twin Cities. Our programs provide supportive services for people living in the community — we collaborate and partner with a number of organizations to help people access and maintain housing.
The Residential Support Services program provides a combination of supports, medication adherence assistance, care navigation, supervision services and housing to people living in four-person homes in Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, and Anoka Counties.
