ACT Team leaders have a unique challenge of both leading and managing within a highly structured and demanding model of care. Throughout this six part leadership training series, team leaders will gain skills needed to self-assess their teams’ current practices in relation to ACT fidelity, problem solve and identify solutions to their team specific barriers, and build continuous quality improvement plans.
Part 4: Clinical and Rehabilitative Anchors. This session will focus on the anchoring the teams work through intentional integration of therapy, enhancing the clinical practices by all team members and the structured use of psychiatric rehabilitation practices.
