Elizabeth Thoeodora has worked for RADIAS Health since 2008, primarily in residential settings. In 2021, she partnered with Leonard Amundson to update and further develop the LGBTQ+ Awareness training. Additionally, she provides training to partnering agency on Verbal De-Escalation and Mental Illness 101.
