ACT Team leaders have a unique challenge of both leading and managing within a highly structured and demanding model of care. Throughout this six part leadership training series, team leaders will gain skills needed to self-assess their teams' current practices in relation to ACT fidelity, problem solve and identify solutions to their team specific barriers, and build continuous quality improvement plans.
Part 3: Maximizing Use of Your Medical Team: This session will focus on development and management of nursing and psychiatric prescribing practices to build a robust, collaborative and efficient medical team. Strategies for incorporating and maximizing care coordination and integration of physical health services will be explored.
